Media Day & Marketing Packages

Sports Marketing Packages are designed for High School and Independent Club/Travel Teams. They can be scheduled on the field or indoors with smoke/fog, colors and other effects. *We do not use real fire, safety and insurance coverage is important to us.

Level 1 - $200

Portrait Session for seniors & starters at the studio or on-location
One 6x4’ banner to hang in your stadium or gym
5 Unique Game Day social media drops using images from the session
Online gallery for parents to select images and purchase senior banners/products

Level 2 - $500

Portrait Session for seniors & starters at the studio or on-location
One 10x6’ banner to hang in your stadium or gym
10 Unique Game Day social media drops using images from the session
Online gallery for parents to select images and purchase senior banners/products
20 Sponsored Schedule Posters for team distribution, not for resale

Media Day - $1000 (Up to 10 athletes)

30+ high res digital images to be provided to the coaching staff for distribution (for a group of 10, each athlete gets at least 3 images)
2x3' Banner or equivalent for each athlete
Online gallery for parents to purchase additional products, including whole group composite

Additional athletes are $100 each with 3 digitals. Extra digital images are $25 each. (Whole group composite image is not available as a digital product)

All Sports Marketing teams must agree to the following terms

1) Individual senior banners must be purchased through our studio

2) Social media drops we create will be watermarked. When posted you must give credit to the studio and we must be the exclusive media day photographer/designer for your team.

3) Large “group” banners will be watermarked.

4) Additional printed products (like additional schedule posters) will be available for purchase through the studio, we do not release digitals of group designs to be printed elsewhere on any product. We have wholesale accounts that will provide your team with a wide variety of products for your players and coaches.

We no longer accept assignments from large sports clubs. Due to the nature of our custom work, we prefer to work with individual teams or small groups that are looking for our specific style of photography and design work.
