Schedule Team/Group Photos

All school sports photos for schools should be scheduled before the season starts. That ensures your team's session won't interfere with the team schedule and product will be delivered early in the season.

Due to technical difficulties if you use a Yahoo or AOL account but can provide another method of contact, we would greatly appreciate it, otherwise we may not be able to reach you.

Please make sure that you have spoken to your AD before requesting a school team session. If you intend to display images at the school it needs to be approved in advance. 

Photos are only done on-location for groups larger than 10 with permission from the school/league, the AD must know the date/time that we will be on site. If your organization has a contract photographer do not schedule photos on the same day. Smaller groups will be scheduled for a block of time at our studio. We are located within 10 miles of many PWCS high schools. If your group is smaller than 10 and requires on-location photography, a setup fee will apply based on distance from the studio, we do not travel more than 30 miles. We are available to photograph multiple teams/groups at a school in one day. 

We highly recommend all teams are photographed before their regular season begins. This prevents practice interruptions and orders will be fulfilled early in the season. Teams/groups must be scheduled at least 3 weeks in advance of the requested delivery date/event (like senior night). Once scheduled, we require at least 48 hours notice if there is a time/date conflict. Sessions and orders needed on a rush timeframe will be subject to a rush fee of $10 per participant and preorders (no proofs) are required for rush jobs. Delivery of rush jobs by a specific date is not guaranteed because we cannot predict or control weather or shipping delays. For proof online ordering, all orders must be placed online within 1 week of the session. 
Shipping is free for all on time orders and we will arrange pickup/delivery. Late orders will be charged additional fees to cover order processing & shipping, $20-$40 per order.

If a group would like to have a "team" created and printed but all participants are not placing individual orders there is a $5 design fee per person being photographed to be paid at the time of the session. Otherwise we will not create/offer a team photo for purchase. 

All team/group images are created from the individuals (green screen style) and composited, these group photos are available as banners or smaller posters. Groups of 5 or more receive a complimentary 2x3 group banner or $35 credit toward a larger group banner. We do not release copyright or digitals of group designs to be printed elsewhere on any product. We have wholesale accounts that will provide your team with a wide variety of products for your players and coaches. 

The studio creates custom designs based on templates and design elements. If you have seen a past design you like we will take that into consideration during the design process but we do not offer choices of templates or pre-design samples to choose from. If approval of team/group images for accuracy is needed, it must be completed within 48 hours of the studio providing proofs to maintain our schedule. Overall design, athlete position and pose is at the discretion of the studio. 

Rosters with parent email should be provided to the studio in advance of the session. If a roster cannot be provided due to athlete safety, it will be the responsibility of the group contact to send reminders with appropriate ordering information in a prompt fashion. All galleries are password protected. The studio will not provide passwords via email unless rosters are provided so that we are able to identify legal parents/guardians. The studio will collect athlete information at the time of the session for identification purposes. 

If the timeline of images being taken, ordered, approved, etc is not followed by the requesting group then the studio will not be held responsible for meeting a specific delivery date. We have a tight schedule and expect that our clients be conscious of that. Fulfillment of late orders may not be possible. 

Other styles of photography (like on-field) may be available however they MUST be set up according to guidelines and schedule provided by the photographer. We do not do outdoor photos during times of full sun. Outdoor groups will be scheduled in the very early AM or an hour before sunset depending on the location. 

We offer High School Sports Marketing Packages. Please let us know if this is something your group is interested in. These packages can include smoke, water or "chalk". 

We no longer accept assignments from large sports clubs. We prefer to work with individual teams or small groups that are looking for our specific style of photography/design as well as our fast turnaround time. 

Due to the custom nature of our product, all sales are final. If the client receives an incorrect item than was selected, they must notify the studio within one week of receipt.  The studio will process the correction to the client free of charge. No refunds or redesign will be considered due to "not liking" product once received.  

The team liaison will be required to sign a contract agreeing to the above conditions before finalizing a session date.
