I wanted to quickly address how we will be handling your formal photos. We have a velvet drape as well as a good selection of tuxedo shirts & jackets in the studio for you to wear. When scheduling we ask that you let us know if you plan to have a formal photo taken (I would recommend it because we don't know what schools will be able to offer this year). Guys will need to provide the size you need and we will set that aside for you for that day. In between appointments, the drape and jackets will be sprayed with a clothing disinfectant and we will launder shirts. We highly recommend that guys wear a plain white crew neck tee under the shirt and that girls wear a spaghetti strap cami under the drape.
In order to meet social distancing requirements we ask that all seniors be accompanied by a parent or older sibling that can make clothing and hair adjustments if needed during your session. These are things we would normally do but are unable to.
The studio doorknobs, light switches, and restroom/changing area will be disinfected regularly throughout the day. Our backdrops are washable and will be laundered regularly. All of our studio chairs and props will also be wiped and sprayed with disinfectants in between clients. We ask that everyone keep hands washed and sanitized as well. For guests not being photographed, masks are encouraged indoors.
We will also serve no more than 4 clients in any given day. We also will be keeping a record of everyone who has been in the studio so that if necessary, we can do contact tracing. This will cover consults, sessions, ordering appointments, and pickups.
We ask that everyone please monitor their health and reschedule if you think you may be ill or have been exposed.
In order to maintain these guidelines we may, at times, need to reschedule clients. We ask for your patience and understanding as we work to provide a healthy and safe environment for everyone.
